A Tool To Help You Find The Right Career

b32We all know that there are plenty of job search tools out there. Some are popular and have become a day to day part of our job search routine and others simply mimic the popular ones. While we were searching for new stuff that would help job seekers, we came across JobTitled. This tool is different from others because it is extremely simple to use and has data that is relevant to job seekers. You can use this tool to look for position based on job title or degree. You can also search for positions by browsing through hundreds of positions listed on their site. Instead of showing jobs that are available it allows you to compare and see different aspect of job positions. Please take a look at the screenshots below to learn more.

When we used the “Job Title” feature to search for the position “Programmer” this is what we got. It shows a range of factors related to the position such as how many switch to programmer from a previous jobs, how many changed their jobs from programmer to something else and so on and so forth. At the bottom of each results there is also a “description wiki” which gives more information about the position.

HireFlyer.com : Another Platform For Job Seekers and Employers

We recently got an email from the marketing folks at hireflyer asking if we would be willing to publish their press release. We took a look at the site and it does seem to provide what employers and job seekers are asking for. Hireflyer, a job distribution site was launched in May 2009 so it still is new on the web to many. The design and usability of the site is pretty good, nothing outstanding to be honest.
