I also recommend that you use twitter hashtags to find information recruiting and HR issues. You can go to http://search.twitter.com and type in HR, jobs, career, or recruiting. That’s the best way to find people.
I love HR World’s info. They have some great, current stuff, and their archives are excellent. I also used the HR Daily Advisor when I was getting started.
