While I’m not sure about the CNA part, you are going to have to start entry level. There are all types of positions you can get, but make sure you get the certification for RHIT after you graduate. You can be a Patient Rep, Scheduler, Medical Secretary, Financial person. Normally you work your way into the coding and billing jobs.
