For some reason most employees hate their boss. I came across some reasoning that were pretty legit and some as lame as “My boss is a nice guy, but I just hate looking at his face. I hate my boss.” Anyway, we all have work problems and at times we do need to vent it out. However, using services such as Twitter, Facebook and others may not be a very good idea. I am sure you’ve heard of the woman who got fired for using Facebook while on a sick leave. Here are 10 sites that will let you anonymously share you frustrations with others.
There are two outcomes of using these sites and letting your “work frustrations” out : first, you get to share with everybody how much you hate your boss/work without having to worry about consequence and second, it will probably make you feel better cause it is almost guaranteed that you have it better than some.
1. Jobvent
This is one of the popular sites among frustrated employees. Jobvent lets you leave positive or negative reviews of the company that you are working for. You can either vent about your workplace or see what others are saying about employers that you are possibly considering working for. Users fill out surveys that helps the site rank the companies. For example, Toys ‘R’ Us currently has a score of -326, not a whole lot of people happy with their work or service.
2. BossBitching
If you are looking for a digg like site to promote boss bitching of others or your own, bossbitching is the answer. The site lets users anonymously share their hatred towards their boss. These stories are then rated by other users, ones that get the most attention will move to the frontpage. We all need to vent about our bosses every once in a while, so go ahead and check it out. If you don’t have anything to complain about your boss, look what others are saying. It’s a good way to pass the time, especially at work.
3. JobGrades
A service that helps you find a job that is more suitable to your needs. JobGrades shows jobs based on number of people that love the job, hate the job and would like to take on that job. Users can read reviews of jobs and see what others are saying or share their own work related stories. You can evaluate how much a job is loved by looking at its grade as well. For example, Google is a B which is quite favorable among job seekers. Of course, you can stay anonymous so share whatever you want related to your job and or boss.
4. WorkRant
Another site for you to share your work related frustrations. Whether it’s the job itself or your evil boss, this site allows you to share your stories with the rest of its readers. Readers share their “I hate my boss” or “I hate my job” rant anonymously. Also note that some rant are explicit so be prepared to find some mean and evil rants from some disgruntled workers.
5. Telonu
Telonu is a service that lets you rave, rant and rate anything. If you have got something to share, telonu has got you covered. Whether its your school, colleagues, work or the boss, if you have got something to rant about Telonu comes in handy. If you are a potential job applicant, you can see what others are saying about a job or the boss you are interested in working for.
Here are a few more places for you to share your work related frustration with others. If for some reason you don’t have anything to share these sites will at least help you pass the time on a Monday morning at the least. By the way, it’s always fun to watch someone elses problem cause it makes yours so much better
.

This is an excellent article. So far there’s no social site for job haters like myself. I think the only close thing to this is http://www.ihatemyjob.tv

Yep, it sure does. One night, my blue pitbull ran into the street after i first found her and almost got hit by a ford explorer. She will not leave the property from that side of the yard anymore which I was trying to train her to do. The traumatic experience trained her instead in 2 seconds.
