With the economy in turmoil, the housing market spiraling out of control, and slowly but surely evolving to credit, automobile, and certainly the job market that everyone depends on.  This constantly changing marketplace presents both challenges and opportunities to all and everyone.  The challenges include outsourcing, manufacturing jobs disappearing, and constant performance improvement to keep up with changing workplace.  On the flip side of the challenges are the ample of opportunities that were never there before the advance of the INTERNET.  We would never dream of earning a decent income as a blogger, be able to work from home, getting to know colleagues from around the world, socially networking with friends we have never met, learning and earning a degree online.
